REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. NO RETURN / NO REFUND – PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

As per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect.

2. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video proof.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

4. CANCELLATION
